Why is my candle rough and bumpy after burning?

 

This does not affect the performance of your candle. It’s just a feature of 100%natural soy wax when the hot wax in the melt pool cools and solidifies at an inconsistent rate.

How often should I trim my wick?

You should trim your wick before each use. Trimming your wick 1/4 inch before use prevents a really tall flame. Do not trim below 1/4 inch or your candle will begin to tunnel.
